Dreaming of a home gym where you can build an attractive physique? Take the first step, improve your figure and work on your definition with the UMBRO 3 KG NEOPRENE DUMBBELL.

• covered with pleasant-to-touch neoprene

• the distinctive hexagonal shape keeps the dumbbells in place and prevents them from rolling

• the appropriately sized non-slip handle fits perfectly in the hand

• effectively support the development of upper-body muscle mass

• ideal for exercises for both women and men

Even basic arm exercises with dumbbells will perfectly shape your figure, strengthen your muscles and even help you burn body fat. The dumbbells allow you to work asymmetrically when one arm is significantly stronger than the other, as well as symmetrically by combining two dumbbells, for example in a horizontal position. Properly performed and regular training will help you strengthen your arms, which are less prone to strains, firm your bust and improve your overall physical fitness.

The outer layer of the UMBRO dumbbells is made of easy-to-clean, pleasant-to-touch neoprene that provides a non-slip surface. In addition, your household members can finally enjoy a break from the noise of cast iron: neoprene dampens sounds and protects the floor from damage. Not only does the outer material protect floors, laminate flooring and ceramic tiles from scratches, but the distinctive hexagonal shape also prevents the dumbbells from rolling across the floor.
