Every product purchased in our store is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which you can use to file a complaint about any defects.
If you want to track the status of your complaint, log in to your account in our store and submit a complaint.

1. Pack the product and attach the completed form

   NOTE! Please do not directly cover the boxes with tape, stickers, or other items that could permanently damage the box. Boxes sealed in this way will not be accepted for return.
