The KR40 HMS is an adjustable kettlebell that's ideal for those exercising at home or outdoors. Thanks to its interchangeable plates, it can replace a set of traditional kettlebells of varying weights. Changing the weight is quick and easy. Simply slide the locking mechanism to the open position (lock open), insert the appropriate plates, and then close the locking mechanism (lock closed). The entire process takes literally seconds. A key advantage of the KR40 HMS is its ergonomic shape and comfortable, wide, non-slip, powder-coated handle. These features ensure maximum usability and safety during exercise. The 3 cm diameter handle fits comfortably in any hand. The flat bottom of the weight ensures stable support.
Training with an adjustable kettlebell strengthens muscles, develops motor coordination, and increases overall body performance. Its great advantage is the ability to perform multi-joint exercises, activating muscles that are often overlooked during traditional strength training.
