BBB AL Valve Tubeless Valve Set (BTI-160)

AL Valve was designed for tubeless wheels, where airtightness at the valve-to-rim interface and secure mounting while riding are essential. The round rubber seal is intended to provide a universal fit and even pressure against the rim profile, reducing the risk of micro-leaks around the valve hole. In addition, the manufacturer describes the seal as hermetic, achieved by distributing pressure across the rubber surface and using an external closing element, which stabilizes the connection when pressure changes.

In practice, servicing is made easier by the integrated valve core tool, which can be stored on top of the valve when not in use. This allows the core to be unscrewed more quickly when adding sealant or when maximum airflow is needed while seating the tyre.

An important design element is the triple airflow channel, which the manufacturer identifies as compatible with tyre inserts. When used with an insert, this reduces the risk of restricted airflow in the valve area, making it easier to inflate the wheel and stabilizing valve operation when an insert is present inside the tyre.
