The CoreCap design aims to increase airflow and reduce common usability issues associated with Presta valves. In many cases, the tyre bead can be seated without using a compressor, thanks to the increased airflow during the initial inflation phase. In urban applications and on electric bikes, the key benefit is the ability to inflate anywhere, including with a pump featuring a Schrader head, without the risk of damaging the delicate Presta core when connecting and disconnecting the head.
