The Bowflex SelectTech 560 adjustable dumbbells are a completely new and unique product on the market. Special technology allows you to easily adjust the weight, saving time and space. Instead of purchasing 16 pairs of dumbbells, you now only need one, and you can adjust the weight to your current training needs.
An additional benefit is access to a free, dedicated app that helps you perform exercises correctly and guides you through training plans so you can effectively work specific muscle groups. The dumbbells connect to the app via Bluetooth®, allowing the app to automatically record sets, reps, and weights.
SPACE-SAVING: The SelectTech 560 is all about saving space. Thanks to the weight-switching system, you only need one pair of dumbbells instead of 16. This means you can replace the entire weight rack with top-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and compact dumbbells. The durable plastic covering the metal plates ensures gentle storage and a quieter workout.
WEIGHT ADJUSTMENT: Change the weight with a single twist of the wrist. Simply turn the handle clockwise or counterclockwise to set the desired weight. This allows you to lift 2.3, 3.4, 4.5, 5.7, 6.8, 7.9, 9.1, 10.2, 11.3, 13.6, 15.9, 18.1, 20.4, 22.7, 24.9, or even 27.2 kg with a single device. Small adjustments allow for safe, gradual strength building.
APP: The dedicated, free Bowflex SelectTech® app gives you access to exercise videos. You'll learn how to maintain proper posture during your workout and perform valuable work on specific muscle groups. The Bowflex SelectTech 560 dumbbell workout offers over 70 exercises! In addition to pre-made programs, you can create your own personalized workout, selecting exercises for specific muscle groups.
