The DBX Boxing Bar is a device designed to develop boxing skills – especially training in evasion, blocking and reflexes.

SMOOTH 360-DEGREE OPERATION

The DBX Boxing Bar's design allows it to be mounted on a wall or other stable surface. Its solid steel construction ensures durability and resistance to damage, while the smooth-running arm ensures a comfortable and effective workout.

The arm rotates very smoothly in a 360-degree radius, which allows for comfortable training in dodging, blocking and striking.

SAFETY DURING TRAINING

The DBX Boxing Bar's arm is covered with soft foam and padding to ensure comfort and safety during training. You can use the device with or without training gloves.

POSSIBILITY OF HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT AND DISMANTLING

The DBX Boxing Bar's design allows for arm height adjustment by simply unscrewing the convenient clamping handles. Changing the arm height can be used to adapt the device to the user's height or to increase the difficulty of dodging.

The device can also be easily dismantled after training thanks to the convenient clamp.

The structure is attached to the wall using 4 screws included in the set, such installation ensures the stability of the device during training.
