The Deuter Ascender 7 in sprout is an ultralight running backpack designed for trail running, fast hikes, and dynamic off-road activities. Its slim, sporty silhouette and vest-like construction ensure a snug fit and stability even during intense runs.

This model offers a 7-liter capacity, weighs approximately 315g, and has a recommended load of 1-3kg. Wide, ergonomically shaped vest-style shoulder straps, a flexible compression system, two adjustable chest straps, and a soft back panel provide a comfortable, running-style fit. An internal stretch mesh pocket and side compression straps help prevent the load from shifting on uneven surfaces.

The shoulder straps feature practical pockets for soft flasks and a zippered pocket for a phone, GPS, or energy gels. An additional advantage is the innovative front trekking pole attachment, which allows you to access your poles without removing the pack. The Ascender 7 is compatible with hydration systems up to 2 liters and has a flexible internal compartment for wet clothing or a hydration bladder.

The Deuter Lite system ensures comfort, focusing on low weight, a compact fit, and freedom of movement. The pack also features an emergency whistle, an SOS tag, a valuables pocket, two elastic side pockets, and a moisture barrier on the back. The 700D Rec. PA Minirip FD fabric contains recycled content, and the DWR finish is PFAS-free. This is a great choice for those looking for a lightweight pack for mountain running, training, racing, and quick outdoor excursions.
