How to fill the purchased training dummy?

✅ The best way to fill a training dummy is with fabric scraps (e.g. cut-up clothing).

Fabric scraps can also be obtained free of charge from most tailoring workshops.

✅ Alternatively, you can use sawdust as filling (make sure it does not contain sharp pieces of wood).

A mixture of all the above-mentioned filling materials may also be used.

Note: If sand is used, its share of the filling must not exceed 20%.

The dummy was designed in cooperation with leading wrestling and MMA athletes to develop a construction that enables comprehensive wrestling and MMA training.

Note: The dummy is not intended for training arm locks (for this type of training, we recommend the BJJ Dummy – DBX-D-3).

✅ Self-filling

The training dummy offered here is designed to be filled independently. We recommend using fabric/textile scraps as filling. This type of filling allows a weight of approx. 30 kg to be achieved, making training with the dummy partially comparable to training with a partner.

✅ Optimal size

The dummy shown is 166 cm tall as standard. This size is optimal for training adults and advanced athletes.
If necessary, the dummy can be weighted additionally using the fastening closure.
The zipper has been carefully protected to ensure its safety and the trainee’s comfort during exercises.

✅ Refined construction

The dummy’s construction was developed to reproduce the human body shape as accurately as possible, making training with the dummy highly realistic.
The neck section was designed to enable training techniques such as the guillotine, anaconda and triangle choke.

✅ Durable construction

The dummy is made of multilayer Plawil. This is a highly durable material resistant to damage and tearing. It is used, among other things, to manufacture punching bags.
All seams were sewn with thick core threads to protect the dummy against tearing.

✅ Safe training

The dummy has no sharp edges or steel elements that could pose a risk during training. The zippers are additionally protected with a thick layer of leather sewn with durable hook-and-loop fastening. This solution ensures complete safety and protects the zippers from damage.
