Judo uniforms should be loose and allow for unrestricted movement. When purchasing uniforms, keep in mind that they may shrink slightly in the wash. For children, choose a size that's approximately 5 to 10 cm longer than your height. For adults, a judo uniform that's 5 cm longer is sufficient.
