• Resistance Level III – Olive Band: Heavy resistance. Often used in GT strength training by women and as a scaled version for men in most GT programs. Designed for advanced users. In addition to weekly GT sequences, it is often used in the GT Mobility program.
• Resistance Level IV – Gray Band: The heaviest resistance. Designed for men or women advanced in strength training. It also works well as a counterweight in dynamic and plyometric exercises.
