The SR52 HMS is an adjustable dumbbell. The set includes a bar, 10 plates, and a stand. This device is ideal for home workouts, but it can also be used in the gym, replacing an entire rack of traditional dumbbells. An innovative plate mounting system allows for quick and easy weight changes during a workout. Unlike traditional dumbbells, removing and attaching the plates does not require the need to loosen the clamps or attach and remove the plates each time. With the SR52, simply place the barbell on the stand and use two knobs to set the desired weight. When you lift the barbell again, the plates corresponding to the selected setting will be on it.
