The GP 180cm HMS is a straight bar with star clamps. Its gripping section is carefully knurled to ensure a secure and comfortable hold. Two screw clamps are included. These clamps ensure a stable weight position on the bar during exercise. The nuts on the inner section have rubber seals to prevent the weight from loosening. The threaded section of the bar allows for quick and safe weight placement. The device is made of a solid steel bar that has been hardened. The bar's 30-millimeter diameter ensures high durability and comfortable exercise. The chrome-plating process ensures the bar retains its appearance for a very long time and also provides the best protection against rust.
