The resistance system works using a pressure mechanism, where you press down on a felt resistance block. The resistance is adjusted using a knob. The exercises are very quiet, so they won't disturb anyone around you.

Steel skids with comfortable non-slip feet are another advantage of this design. Transport wheels mounted on the front base allow for easy relocation of the equipment. Height-adjustable handrails are covered with a soft, ergonomic sponge for even greater comfort during training.
