The LS3859 HMS is a bench designed for barbell training. Its distinctive feature is its flexible configuration. The set includes two independent components: a bench and a barbell rack. The bench also offers the option of training with barbell racks. The LS3859 features adjustable barbell height. This bench is suitable for exercises with or without a preacher bench.
