The UW16 HMS is a rotating bar designed for both high and low pulley training. It can be used for a wide range of exercises targeting various upper body muscle groups, from small muscle groups like biceps and triceps, through the anterior and lateral deltoids, to the lats and spinal erectors.
Its length allows for a variety of grip options, from very narrow to very wide. This allows the bar to develop muscles at various attachment points during training. The outer handles are set for a neutral grip, allowing you to engage alternative muscle attachments during exercise. The handle is made of high-quality steel, allowing for training with significant weights. Additionally, the roughened handle prevents the device from slipping out of your hands while requiring a firmer grip, which also allows for forearm muscle development.
The UW16 HMS model will allow you to easily and symmetrically develop muscle groups.
