K2 Passport Snowboard

K2 Passport is a versatile snowboard designed for riders who want to explore every part of the mountain – from perfectly groomed runs and tree lines to powder and natural jumps. The directional construction provides stability at high speeds and excellent float in soft snow, while remaining agile enough for dynamic turns and occasional switch riding. This model is intended for intermediate and advanced snowboarders looking for one board that can do it all.

At the heart of the Passport is the new A1 Core, made from aspen, bamboo and paulownia. Aspen provides stability and predictable flex, bamboo enhances response and edge hold, while lightweight paulownia reduces the weight of the entire construction. Combined with the ICG™ 10 Triax Glass with Carbon layer, which uses fiberglass and carbon stringers running from tip to tail, the board delivers excellent pop, high-speed stability and very good responsiveness.

The Directional Combination Camber profile combines extended rocker in the nose with traditional camber under the bindings. This solution provides easier float in deep snow, smooth turn initiation and strong edge hold on hard-packed runs. In addition, the Multi-Radius Sidecut uses a tighter turn radius at the nose and tail and a longer radius between the bindings, allowing the board to initiate turns quickly while riding exceptionally smoothly and stably throughout the entire arc.

The model features a fast Sintered 4000 Base with a Stone Finish grind, which absorbs wax very well and maintains high speed even during long days on the slopes. The package is completed by the lightweight Hybritech™ construction and the use of Bio-Resin, which reduces the use of petroleum-based resins without affecting the board’s durability or performance.
