The KR40 HMS is an adjustable kettlebell that is ideal for those exercising at home or outdoors. Thanks to the use of interchangeable plates, he will replace the traditional kettlebelli set of different weights in training. Changing the load is very simple and fast. All you have to do is move the safety device to the open position (padlock open), put on the appropriate plates and close the safety device again (padlock closed). The whole process takes literally a few seconds. The KR40 HMS's big advantage is its ergonomic shape and comfortable, wide, non-slip powder coated handle. These features ensure maximum usability and safety during exercise. The handle with a diameter of 3 cm fits very well in each hand. In turn, the flat bottom of the weight guarantees stable support.
Training with regulated kettlebell strengthens muscles, perfectly develops motor coordination, while increasing the overall fitness of the body.
