The WA06 HMS is a roller used for upper body exercises. Its high quality and proven design will satisfy even the most demanding users. The device features a durable rim and tire made of a material with excellent grip. The tread shape combined with its flexibility prevents the roller from scratching surfaces. Velcro-fastened handles enhance user stability.
During foam roller exercises, almost the entire body is engaged. In addition to the rectus abdominis, the deep and oblique muscles are engaged. Moving further up, the latissimus dorsi, teres major, minor, and infraspinatus muscles are also activated. Additionally, the shoulder muscles—the brachialis and triceps—are also engaged. A stable base in the kneeling position is provided by the contracted thigh muscles, namely the quadriceps, and the gluteus maximus.
