The Neck Brace 4.5 provides an uncompromising level of protection. This flagship product from Leatt protects the spine from excessive forward, backward and lateral hyperextension, as well as from excessive compression along the vertical axis. This reduces the forces acting on the neck and lowers the risk of neck injuries.

A special collarbone cut-out prevents the edge of the helmet from coming into contact with vulnerable bones, while the rear support is designed to detach before exerting excessive pressure on the back.

Model 4.5 is exceptionally comfortable and durable. The lightweight polyamide composite construction and two-stage adjustment provide an excellent fit.
