Marker Alpinist 12 (without brake) – lightweight ski touring bindings

Marker Alpinist 12 (without brake) are ultralight ski touring bindings designed for competitions and demanding tours where a fast ascent and dynamic skiing are essential.

The bindings feature carbon reinforcements in the toe and heel, while the toe is equipped with Intuitive Step In and a rubber stopper that makes stepping into the binding easier with minimal effort. The heel allows the ascent angle to be set to 0°, 5° and 9°, while the Active Length Compensation technology compensates for ski length by 4 mm during turns.

The Marker Alpinist 12 offers a release setting of 6–12 DIN and ±15 mm heel adjustment, ensuring reliable retention and compatibility with different boots. The construction prevents the binding components from freezing, while operation in the backcountry is quick and intuitive, including with ski poles.
