Men’s K2 Cortex 140 Zonal BOA® Ski Boots

The Cortex 140 Zonal BOA® is the flagship model in the K2 line, combining extreme control with the highest level of precision. Thanks to the innovative Zonal BOA® Fit System, which adjusts both the shell and cuff using two dials, the boot fits the foot perfectly from the very first run. It is designed for the most demanding skiers who expect complete control in freeride and big-mountain terrain, during fast carving runs and in changing snow conditions.

Why choose this model?

The K2 Cortex 140 Zonal BOA® model is synonymous with power, comfort and precision. With the Zonal BOA® Fit System, you can independently and precisely adjust both the shell and cuff, minimising pressure points and maximising responsiveness. The slim foot profile (MultiFIT / Low Volume 96–98 mm) provides a sporty fit and comfort in the forefoot area. The FastFIT Instep is a flexible panel that makes the boots easy to put on, even while wearing thick gloves.

Flex and riding technique can be adapted using Dual Cuff Alignment (±2° angle adjustment) and the Adjustable Power Plate Spoiler – allowing you to fine-tune the flex and cuff response. The Energy Bolt Spine reinforces the rear section of the shell, providing monumental power transfer. The EliteFit Pro Liner (with full lacing and an adjustable tongue) ensures comfort, while the Ski Edge Sensitivity Shims let you fine-tune turn initiation to suit your individual style.

Walking on the piste is a pleasure thanks to the GripWalk Outsoles (ISO 23223) – the lugged, replaceable outsoles increase traction and comfort. The Cam Booster Power Strap stabilises the upper part of the boot, while the H+i1 BOA Dial with two buckles allows for micro-adjustment and quick release. With a flex of 140, this boot is designed for Expert-level skiers who expect absolute precision and power.
