The adjustable pull-up bar features felt-lined hooks to prevent damage to the wooden rungs. Thanks to its removable design, the pull-up bar can be positioned on different rungs and adjusted to the user’s height. The pull-up bar has six grips with an anti-slip coating, allowing for a wide range of different pull-up variations and strengthening the core, back and arm muscles.
When rotated by 90 degrees, it can be used as a barbell holder.
