A special finish protects against insect bites, making these socks especially recommended during periods of increased mosquito and tick activity. The internal, three-layer, contoured terry cloth absorbs shock and protects sensitive areas of the foot and ankle from abrasion. Lycra® throughout the product improves the fit, while an elastic band at the midfoot limits sock shifting while walking. The contoured Y-shaped heel stabilizes the foot and promotes comfort.
