The GO320 HMS Olympic bar is made of special chrome-plated steel that has undergone a hardening process. This HMS product is characterized by durability combined with excellent flexibility. Two jaw clamps are included. Carefully knurled construction ensures a secure and comfortable grip. The maximum load capacity is 320 kilograms. The 30-millimeter grip diameter ensures high durability and comfortable exercise. The chrome-plating process ensures the bar retains its appearance for a very long time and provides the best protection against rust. The GO700 HMS Olympic bar features two needle bearings (one on each side), which allow the bar to rotate smoothly under load. Its design eliminates stress on the roller ends, resulting in longer bearing life. Despite its small cross-section, the needle bearings are highly rigid and have a high load capacity. The two jaw clamps included in the set guarantee a stable weight position on the bar during exercises. The caps have rubber elements on the inside to prevent the load from loosening.
