Overlays on the FR01 neck (2pcs) HMS

FR01 HMS are overlays on the neck, which are suitable for every exercise with a barbell or dumbbells. They will work both when exercising bench press, rowing in the fall of the torso, as well as in deadlift.
Overlays require putting more force into the exercise, which means that we train the forearm muscles to a large extent and improve grip strength. Their spherical shape means that when applied to a barbell or dumbbell, the shape of the handle becomes unnatural for us. This forces a strong engagement of the muscles that stabilize the grip, which means that the forearm muscles will be maximally engaged and trained.
The FR01 HMS model will make the muscles work stronger and make our training more effective.
