The straps are fully adjustable, so their length can be adjusted to suit your individual physical condition.

The training band is covered with an abrasion-resistant material so it will not rub when in contact with the body.

The expander is finished with snap hooks on both sides, allowing the elastic to be attached to the handles.

Comfortable handles

Comfortable handles are designed so that they do not slip under the influence of rubber resistance and do not limit gripping capabilities, allowing for additional load on the hand, e.g. by holding short dumbbells in the hand (additional load used during endurance training).

The design of the handles allows you to wear gloves, so the device can also be successfully used during training on equipment such as a punching bag.
