DBX Foot Work – Training device for improving footwork

DBX Foot Work is a training device designed to improve boxing footwork.

Thanks to the band, which regulates the distance between the feet, you will develop proper technical habits (returning the rear foot, maintaining the correct stance width) and improve your movement speed during a fight.

The device is recommended both for beginners, to make learning movement during a fight easier, and for advanced athletes who want to improve their existing habits.

The set consists of a durable resistance band with carabiners on both ends.

Comfort during training

The set includes 2 comfortable handles for fastening the expander.

The handles are made of durable nylon webbing and lined with foam to protect against skin chafing.

The hook-and-loop fastening allows for easy adjustment and fitting to the thickness of the leg.
