POC POCITO FORNIX MIPS Ski Helmet

The POCito Fornix MIPS is a ski helmet that can speak for your child when they can't. This updated version of our iconic kids' helmet now features MIPS, which enhances brain protection in falls. MIPS allows for 10-15mm of movement during impacts, designed to reduce rotational forces on the head.

Additionally, from this season, the helmet has been equipped with an NFC Medical ID chip, thanks to which rescuers can access important information about your child stored in the helmet, such as name and surname, parents' contact details or accommodation at the ski resort.

The POCito Fornix MIPS is a technologically advanced in-mold helmet composed of an EPS core and a durable PC (polycarbonate) shell. Additionally, the helmet's construction incorporates aramid fibers, providing above-average head protection while maintaining a low weight. Aramid fibers disperse impact forces across the entire helmet surface and provide better absorption, preventing punctures. The helmet features adjustable ventilation, channels that wick moisture away from the goggles, and a new size adjustment system.

Available exclusively in highly visible fluorescent colours with reflective elements, the helmet is designed to increase your child's awareness on the slopes.
