We're proud to present our newest time trial helmet, the POC Procen. A combination of years of experience, award-winning innovation, and intensive collaboration with EF PRO CYCLING riders and experts has resulted in a product that optimizes aerodynamics and cooling, increasing rider speed, protection, and performance.

The Procen helmet, part of the Aero POC initiative, focuses on the specific needs of racing athletes. It premiered on May 1st during the La Vuelta Femenina team time trial with the EF Education-TIBCO-SVB team. At the Giro d'Italia, the Procen helmet debuted with EF Education-EasyPost riders.

Specially designed, the Procen allows for the extraction of a high-pressure zone at the front of the helmet, eliminating stagnant air and the additional air resistance that athletes must contend with. Utilizing the Venturi effect, known from the POC Ventral helmet, the airflow creates exceptional ventilation and cooling, significantly improving the overall performance of the helmet and the athlete.

The Procen helmet was developed using the same meticulous Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis and testing that led to the creation of POC's acclaimed Tempor and Cerebel time trial helmets. These models served as the benchmark for the Procen. To obtain even more accurate information about rider positioning during time trials, EF Pro Cycling's performance teams conducted 3D scans of multiple riders, creating an additional CFD database that allowed for the refinement of rider positioning and the Procen helmet.
