In the new season, the Skull Dura X MIPS ski helmet features the integrated MIPS Integra brain protection system and is FIS RH 2013 certified. It also features the innovative Race Lock system, which allows athletes to adjust the helmet perfectly to their head in order to minimise helmet vibrations at very high speeds.

The helmet’s shape provides an even and comfortable fit around the entire head. The Race Lock size adjustment dial is aligned with the helmet shell, so it does not press against the neck.

The helmet core is made of multi-impact EPP, which can absorb light impacts without compromising durability, combined with a highly durable ABS/PC shell. In addition, in the new season the helmet has gained the MIPS Integra system—an integrated brain protection system that reduces the force of rotational impacts acting on the head.

The Fidlock buckle ensures a secure fit and is easy to operate while wearing ski gloves.

The removable ear pads make it easier for medical professionals to safely remove the helmet if something goes wrong.

The helmet is compatible with the Mexilla Breakaway guard.
