These knee pads are made of a flexible material that adapts to the shape of your leg . The polyester and cotton blend maintains a constant temperature in the knee joint and further stabilizes its function during intense training.

The cuffs are equipped with a thick layer of protective foam, increasing comfort and safety when striking with knees and while supporting in ground positions.

How to choose the right size?

The sizes given in the table refer to the material in its resting state (without stretching).

The protectors are made of elastic material – its maximum extensibility is approximately 70%, which allows for a wide sizing tolerance. The smaller the size, the more the protector will press against the knee area.

Practical example:

What size should a person choose if the leg circumference above the knee (B) is 42 cm and below the knee (B) is 32 cm?

Answer:

Both sizes S and M fit well, in the case of size L the protector also fits, but it does not press hard enough on the knee area, which may result in it moving during training.
