The fabric has UPF 50, meaning it acts as a sun barrier in areas where the skin is covered by clothing. As part of our efforts to be more environmentally friendly, the fabric used for this rash guard is made from recycled polyester, a strong and durable material. The fabric is PFC-free, which is intended to reduce the use of this chemical and thereby lessen its harmful impact on the environment.
