REAL Turmat Ramen Noodles is a freeze-dried meal inspired by Asian cuisine and developed in Tromsø. The dish combines noodles, miso and yellow carrots – an ingredient previously not used in the REAL Turmat range – creating a new and original option for outdoor adventures.

The base is classic ramen, but in this version it has been thickened to provide a more filling and energy-rich meal characteristic of REAL Turmat dishes. Pulled pork adds depth of flavour and pairs well with the intense miso profile.

This lightweight and compact trekking food is easy to prepare in any conditions. Simply add hot water to enjoy a warm, nutritious meal during long days in the field.

32% noodles (durum wheat), 12.5% pulled pork (98% pork, brown sugar, salt), onion, 8% edamame (soy), 8% carrots, mushrooms, corn starch, rapeseed oil, 3.3% miso (soy, rice, salt), soy sauce (soy, salt, vinegar), meat stock (yeast extract, maltodextrin, salt, rapeseed oil, beef extract, caramelised sugar, onion), ginger, 1.5% lime juice, garlic, vinegar, spices, antioxidant (rosemary extract, ascorbic acid). May contain traces of eggs and mustard.
