Rogelli LASA tube hat

The elastic, insulated collar protects the neck area in inclement weather and prevents unpleasant draughts. The upper collar features a drawstring "tunnel" that allows you to tighten the collar as needed. When the drawstring is fully tightened, the collar can be used as a hat. A reflective Rogelli logo is embellished on the lower hem.
