The ski's construction is based on a very lightweight paulownia wood core, which, combined with the Aero Profile construction, optimizes the ski's weight without sacrificing grip and skiing dynamics. Thanks to the unique construction, sidecut, and 80 mm width underfoot, the skis are easy to control and very versatile. They perform well in relatively deep snow as well as on hard snow when skiing on the slopes. The entire construction is reinforced with fiberglass, with emphasis on the ski's critical areas, making the skis torsionally stiff and sufficiently firm for off-piste skiing and climbing.
The ESCAPER 80 skis are light enough to easily climb even quite steep mountains.

The skis feature a V-skin cutout in the nose for quick skin attachment. You can find dedicated, pre-cut Escaper skins in our store with product code ROLW108. Manufactured by the renowned Pomoca company, these skins are made of 100% nylon.
