Salewa Ortles Merino Women's Jacket 28179-6361
The Ortles Alpine Wool Women's Jacket, named after the highest peak in the Eastern Alps, located just across the border from Switzerland, is a lightweight, breathable mid-layer made of hybrid softshell material. Designed for advanced winter mountaineering and ski mountaineering enthusiasts.
Alpine Merino and body mapping
The main material is a hybrid blend of merino wool and polyester, which is incredibly comfortable, warm, and quick-drying. Using body mapping principles, the sweatshirt's level of thermal insulation is tailored to specific body parts, ensuring warmth where it's needed most.
Comfortable to wear
The elastane content gives the jacket four-way stretch, which, combined with ergonomically cut sleeves and shoulders, allows it to move with you, allowing for free movement of your arms overhead and advanced skiing maneuvers. Polarlite Wool Cordura inserts in the shoulders and sleeves increase resistance to abrasion and tearing. The collar is lined with a soft, chin-friendly lining. Elastic cuffs with thumbholes provide additional coverage in low temperatures, and two practical zippered pockets easily store your essentials.
