The Salewa Diadem 3-Season Foam Self-Inflating Mat 3567-4110 Ink Blue combines practicality, comfort, and insulation performance , allowing you to sleep comfortably in the great outdoors for most of the year. Thanks to its self-inflating design, when you open the valve, the foam inside the mat "expands" and draws in air—making it much easier to set up after a long day of hiking.

The usable surface measures ~183 x 51 cm and is approximately 2.5 cm thick, providing stable support for the body and separation from the cold ground. Thermal insulation with an R-Value of approximately 2.4–2.6 makes the mat suitable for three-season use—from spring to autumn—and effectively reduces heat loss.

Solid materials increase the durability of the mat: the top and bottom are made of lightweight 30D polyester ripstop with TPU lamination , and the bottom is additionally made of 75D material with an anti-slip coating, which prevents the mat from sliding under the sleeping bag while sleeping.
