Vioz provides breathable insulation and adjustable comfort in a sporty fit for changing conditions and mountain activities in the fall and winter.

Waterproof, windproof and breathable Powertex
First, the exceptionally breathable 2.5-layer shell fabric (water column: 10,000 mm, MVTR: 40,000 g/m²/24h) provides reliable weather protection and enables a lightweight design. We give it a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) finish and welded seams.

Active insulation
What truly sets this jacket apart is its hybrid Polartec® Alpha® Direct wool blend insulation, exclusive to SALEWA®. Its stretchy fibers are bonded to a robust mesh core, releasing excess body heat before it builds up, causing saturation and chilling discomfort. We strategically place it beneath the mesh lining on the front, back, and upper sleeves. The added wool content provides an extra level of thermoregulation and comfort.

Details focused on the mountains
For added protection, the Vioz features a collar with an integrated hood that fastens up to the chin, and an insulated hood with an elasticated front opening. It also features a zippered chest pocket, ergonomic sleeves and cuffs with stretch edges, and a drawcord hem adjustment system to keep the wind out.

It's a single lightweight piece of weather-resistant, active insulation. Vioz is also a SALEWA® Committed product.
