It doesn't matter whether you decide to spend the weekend with your family by bike or ride it to work: the BC 8.0 WL offers eight important functions: daily distance, speed, total distance, ride time, time, total ride time, average speed and a comparison of your current speed with the average speed.

Continuous speed comparison

A special feature of the BC 8.0 WL is the continuous comparison of current and average speeds. This is indicated by an arrowhead: an arrow pointing up means the cyclist is riding faster than their previous average speed. An arrow pointing down means they are riding slower than their average speed. This information is not displayed if they are riding at an average speed.

Wireless data transmission

SIGMA's wireless (WL) coded radio data transmission eliminates the need for cables. A radio transmitter attached to the fork continuously and uninterruptedly transmits speed measured on the bike to the BC 8.0 WL's receiver.

Clear display

With its 31 x 39 mm display, the BC 8.0 WL provides cyclists with an excellent data overview. The large digits are easy to read while riding. This bike computer is an eye-catcher – whether on a trekking bike, city bike, or children's bike.

Weather-resistant, with a long-lasting battery

The BC 8.0 WL is waterproof and operates reliably in a variety of weather conditions, ensuring it's always ready to use. Cyclists also don't have to worry about the wireless speedometer's battery life. The integrated, replaceable button cell battery (CR 2032) powers the BC 8.0 WL for over two years.
