Optimal settings with six lighting modes
With six different lighting modes, the BUSTER 1600 is suitable for all lighting conditions – from dusk to the deepest night, cyclists are never left in the dark. In high mode, the BUSTER illuminates even the darkest corners for 1.75 hours with 1,600 lumens. Medium mode allows cyclists to enjoy a sporty ride for up to 2.5 hours with at least 1,000 lumens. In low mode, the BUSTER 1600 provides almost 7 hours of reliable light with 500 lumens. For longer rides, it shines for up to 18 hours in Eco mode with 150 lumens. The flashing Night Flashing and Day Flashing modes ensure good visibility for up to 50 hours. LEDs on the mode display show at a glance which of the six lighting modes are currently in use.
Comfort thanks to predefined mode profiles
Five pre-set mode profiles make the BUSTER 1600 even more user-friendly: depending on requirements, cyclists simply select the appropriate profile and then switch between the lighting modes they actually need at that moment. To select one of the five pre-set mode profiles, simply press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds when the light is off to begin profile selection. To confirm the selected profile, press the ON/OFF button again.
Faster start thanks to the memory function
Thanks to the memory function, the BUSTER 1600 will activate in the same mode and profile the next time it is turned on. A practical feature for anyone who wants to quickly find their way back on track.
Excellent light output thanks to the innovative double lens with Osram LEDs
The BUSTER 1600's beam is truly impressive. It perfectly illuminates paths, corners, and overhanging branches. These will no longer be a problem during nighttime excursions. This is made possible by a new double lens with two different optics and two high-quality Osram LEDs. These LEDs provide high brightness and an exceptionally wide and uniform beam. The SIGMA logo on the long sides of the lamp provides significantly greater side visibility, thus increasing safety.
Stay up to date with your battery status
The six-level LED battery indicator always accurately displays the remaining power. When the light is off, a quick press of the On/Off button is enough to view the battery charge status. The lithium-ion battery can be charged in 3 hours using a USB-C cable. Five levels on the indicator indicate the charging progress.

INSTALLATION IN A FEW SECONDS
The BUSTER 1600 is attached to the handlebar using a screw and 3D rubber pads. It can be adjusted three-dimensionally to suit your needs, ensuring a perfect fit even on curved handlebars. An integrated slider makes it easy to attach and remove the BUSTER 1600 from the mount. The SIGMA bike mount is suitable for handlebars with a diameter of 22-35 mm.
HELMET LAMP
A universal helmet mount is available as an accessory for the BUSTER 1600. It securely attaches the light to your helmet and ensures a secure fit – even when the going gets really bumpy at night!
Protection against accidental switching on
The BUSTER 1600 is activated by pressing the button twice. The large power button is easy to operate even while wearing gloves. This feature allows you to store the front light in a backpack or shirt pocket without worrying about it accidentally turning on.
Water splash resistance
The BUSTER 1600 lamp is splash-proof (IPX4 protection category) and is therefore suitable for use in wind and bad weather.

Versatility - five lighting modes

Cyclists can choose from five different lighting modes, allowing them to individually adjust the light intensity and thus the battery life. In High mode, the BUSTER RL 150 illuminates for up to 4 hours at 40 lumens, and in Low mode, for up to 20 hours at 5 lumens. Day Flash mode, with two pulsating red LEDs with 150 lumens, draws attention to the cyclist for over 6 hours. In Night Flashing mode, the USB rear light illuminates for up to 7 hours at 25 lumens. For longer rides, Eco Flash mode provides additional visibility and safety in traffic, with up to 20 hours of illumination.

Greater safety with a brake light

Thanks to its integrated acceleration sensor, the BUSTER RL 150 light immediately recognizes braking. Two LEDs then shine particularly brightly for approximately 3 seconds. This practical feature increases safety – not only at night, but also during the day – in road traffic or during group rides.
