Thanks to the adjustment system, the user can adjust the length of the training band to their height. The maximum length is 165 cm.

In strengthening exercises using a band, the user's own weight serves as the load, so no additional accessories (dumbbells, weights) are needed.

TECHNOLOGY

The Lilt model attaches to doors without tools – simply insert the end over the top edge of the door and close it. Before beginning the exercise, check that the strap is securely attached and that the door doesn't swing open under load.

The training bands and handles are made of durable material, ensuring the long life of the equipment.
