This target is made of a gel layer covered with a rubber cast. This solution provides unprecedented realism and tear resistance during training. The target's shape, resembling a human torso and head, makes training very realistic, allowing you to work not only on technique and striking power, but also on mental preparation for combat.

We recommend the shield to all competitors of striking sports such as Boxing, Karate, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga and other self-defense systems.

Realism during training

The shield is made using the DBX GEL Boxing System technology, previously used in punching bags and dummies. Thanks to the layer of rubber and a thick rubber coating, the shield's hardness is strikingly reminiscent of the human body. Combined with its realistic shapes, training on it is as close to human-like as possible. This attention to detail will be particularly appreciated in self-defense training, which involves striking and applying pressure to various sensitive areas of the neck and face.

Resistance to damage

The shield has no seams – it's covered with a thick, uniform rubber cast, making it highly resistant to abrasion and tearing. This technology has been extensively tested on punching bags and boxing dummies, proving its resistance to all types of damage. When striking the shield, you can train with boxing gloves, MMA gloves, or even bare-knuckle punches.

Stability during training

The target is mounted on a large, thick board that allows it to be attached to a wall or other stable surface. The board's surface and the spacing of the mounting pins ensure stability during striking practice.

Together with the disc, you receive a set of mounting pins and screw caps.
