Japanese Carbon - Armored Frame
A frame crafted by enthusiasts—exactly what you expect off-road. The front and rear triangles, as well as the suspension linkage, are crafted entirely from Japanese carbon fiber, resulting in an excellent stiffness-to-weight ratio. Refined geometry and the classic Horst Link suspension system deliver what matters most: stability at high speeds, confident traction on technical sections, and precise handling—regardless of the terrain.

This modern frame, designed specifically for eMTBs, blends form with function. Dynamic lines, a sleekly hidden rear shock, internal cable routing, and a hidden speed sensor ensure a clean look and uncompromising performance. The result? The Bafang M510 offers a clear advantage where real power and control count. Weighing just 2.9 kg, it offers 250 W of nominal power and 95 Nm of torque, translating into instant acceleration, confident climbing on steep sections, and ample power reserves on challenging terrain. At the same time, it's a true powerhouse: it delivers high torque with low power consumption, making efficient use of the battery and helping extend real-world range. The motor maintains effective support even at high cadences up to 120 RPM, so it doesn't lose performance during fast and dynamic riding. This drive unit combines high operating refinement with premium parameters, making this eMTB confident, faster, and more enjoyable with every kilometer.

Battery - capacity and economy
A powerful main battery and the option to add a Range Extender transform this bike into a true eMTB ultramarathoner. The additional battery configuration provides a total of 1200 Wh of energy—800 Wh in the main battery plus 400 Wh in the Range Extender—giving you significantly more time in the mountains, longer rides, and less range anxiety. The battery has been completely redesigned and is embedded in the frame to minimize contact with moisture, while a refined sealing system allows for trouble-free riding in challenging, rainy conditions. The new battery shape, based on the latest cell technology, allows for a longer and slimmer battery, resulting in a lower and narrower downtube, and a cleaner, more streamlined overall bike.

Its clean and uncluttered cockpit, minimal cables and levers, along with an internal cable routing system that smoothly passes through dedicated holes in the headset, with a special rubber seal.
