Weightlifting training hooks
Training hooks are designed to support the hands and forearms during weightlifting and prevent the weight from slipping from the hand. Hooks can be used for deadlifts as well as other exercises that require grip strength and forearm muscles, such as pull-ups or high-grip pull-ups.
Training hooks are designed to relieve the hand while lifting a barbell, for example, during a deadlift. Using them increases training safety by preventing the trainee from lowering the barbell.
Hooks allow for more effective training of large muscle groups (e.g., back and spine muscles) by using heavier weights and higher repetitions. Hooks help you perform additional sets of exercises when your grip can no longer withstand the load and slips out of your hand.
The hooks are made of strong, hardened steel, allowing them to withstand even very heavy loads. Additionally, they are coated with a pleasant-to-touch, non-slip rubber to prevent the weight from slipping.
Fully adjustable Velcro fasteners allow for a comfortable fit around the wrists, while the padding sewn into the straps prevents chafing and ensures comfort during training, even with heavy weights.
