Properties:

• This is a compact size disc designed for all training. It is ideal for hand and foot techniques. This disc is made of PLAWI PVC material, with a reinforced carrier structure, is resistant to tearing and stretching. It does not require maintenance.
• The shield is filled with polyurethane foam, the so-called reclaimed foam, which is a secondarily foamed foam with a hardness of 90 kg/m3. This foam is characterized by very good shock absorption, always returns to its original form , does not crumble and has a very long service life.
