The 4F 23 L trekking backpack is a functional hiking backpack designed for walking, trekking and day trips. Its capacity of approximately 23 litres, three main compartments and extensive pocket system allow clothing, provisions and equipment to be arranged conveniently. The model features an H2O hydration system, ventilated back panels, and adjustable chest and hip belts, which support comfort and stability while walking. The main material and lining are made of 100% polyester. The outer fabric features a hydrophobic DWR finish, which reduces moisture absorption and helps water droplets run off the material surface. Additional protection is provided by the waterproof rain cover located in the lower part of the backpack, which can be used during rainfall. The combination of the finish and the cover helps protect the transported equipment from moisture; however, the backpack material itself is not fully waterproof.

The carrying system with soft, padded shoulder straps is equipped with structured mesh that supports air circulation. Ventilated back panels improve airflow between the backpack and the body, increasing comfort during longer hikes. The adjustable chest strap helps keep the shoulder straps in the correct position, while the hip belt supports even load distribution and relieves the shoulders. Side compression straps allow the backpack volume to be reduced and the contents to be stabilised while moving.

The backpack has three main compartments, making it easier to separate clothing, accessories and other equipment. At the front, there are two pockets – one with a zip and one open – for items requiring quick access. Two side mesh pockets allow bottles to be carried, while two zipped pockets on the hip belt provide storage for small accessories without having to remove the backpack. The interior also includes an organiser and a separate laptop compartment, offering additional options for keeping equipment organised during travel and everyday use.

The H2O system allows a hydration bladder to be fitted and the tube to be routed through a special opening in the backpack body. The attachment on the shoulder straps helps keep the tube in a convenient position, allowing you to drink without having to stop or take out a bottle. The hydration bladder and tube are not included. The dimensions of 49 × 30 × 16 cm provide space for essential equipment, while the carry handle makes lifting the backpack easier. The combination of the ventilation system, adjustable straps, functional pockets and rain cover makes the 4F model a practical choice for hikes and active trips.
