The mannequin was designed in collaboration with leading wrestling and MMA athletes to develop a structure that would allow for comprehensive wrestling and MMA training.

The design of this mannequin has been adapted for training:

• Throws


• Rides


• Choking


• Strikes on the ground


• Standing strikes (when the dummy is suspended)

Optimal sizes

The presented mannequin is standardly 165cm tall (+/- 2cm) and weighs approximately 28kg (+/- 1kg). This size and weight are optimal for training adults and advanced users.

If necessary, it is possible to independently weight down the mannequin using the snap closure.
The lock has been carefully secured to protect it and ensure the comfort of the trainee while exercising.

Refined design

The design of the mannequin has been developed to reproduce the human figure as accurately as possible, making training on the mannequin very realistic.
The neck section has been designed to enable training in techniques such as the guillotine, anaconda or triangle choke.

Durable workmanship

The mannequin is made of thick Rexion leather. This is a highly durable synthetic material similar in quality to natural leather. This material is used, among other things, in the production of punching bags.
All seams are made with thick core threads to protect the mannequin from tearing.

Training safety

The mannequin has no sharp edges or steel elements that could pose a hazard during training. The zippers are additionally secured with a thick layer of leather and durable Velcro. This solution ensures complete safety and protects the zippers from damage.
