HOW TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE OF A FLOORBALL STICK

The pole size should be chosen according to the user's height: 155-175cm (90 cm), 175-195 cm (100 cm). It's also important to remember that when measuring the length from the ground, the pole should reach the navel; some recommend 2 cm higher.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE STIFFNESS OF YOUR STICK

• Soft (32mm or more) - very flexible, ideal for technical players, also suitable for beginners or children weighing up to 52kg


• Medium stiffness (27-31 mm) - a universal stick, most often chosen by advanced players or amateurs and weighing 60 - 75 kg


• Stiff (23-26 mm) - very inflexible, ideal for people who use a lot of force while playing and weighing 75 -90 kg
