Meindl MT8 are technical socks made from high-quality yarn with Merino wool. Advanced trekking socks for the cooler seasons of the year. The combination of merino wool, acrylic and ceramic fibres provides excellent foot insulation, rapid moisture wicking and proven bacteriostatic performance.
The socks feature an anatomical fit so that they sit comfortably against the foot and protect sensitive areas from chafing. The reinforced heel and toe sections provide additional protection and cushioning. The wide cuff around the calf keeps the sock securely in place.
The addition of Merino wool is an ideal way to ensure comfort in changing temperatures and humidity. This soft wool also limits the growth of bacteria and therefore prevents unpleasant odours, even during extended wear. In addition, acrylic and ceramic fibres efficiently regulate foot temperature both while walking and when stationary. Polyamide protects the foot and supports skin ventilation.
MERINO WOOL – merino wool is valued worldwide for its properties: its very fine fibres are gentle on the skin, regulate temperature, allow breathability and prevent the formation of unpleasant odours.
